Anthony Ross has an active career as a recitalist and chamber musician. He has performed throughout the United States, Brazil, France, and the Soviet Union. Mr. Ross has performed as soloist with the Dallas Symphony, the Moscow State Philharmonic, the Colorado Philharmonic, the Julius Grossman Orchestra, the Rochester Philharmonic, the Grand Rapids Symphony, the Flint Symphony, the National Orchestra of Mexico, and the Minnesota Orchestra, to name a few.
Mr. Ross is Principal Cellist of the Minnesota Orchestra and was Principal Cellist of the Rochester Philharmonic. He is first prize winner of the Stulberg Award, the Indiana University Cello Competition and the G.B. Dealy Award in Dallas.
